Listen dekker et bredt spekter av temaer der fokuset er p\u00e5:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>KI\u2011filosofi og bevissthet<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Teknologihistorie<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>LLM\u2011forst\u00e5else og tekniske forklaringer<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Kritikk av KI\u2011systemer (hallusinasjoner, bias, begrensninger)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Etikk, jus og personvern<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>KI i utdanning og vurderin<\/em>g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Psykologi og mental helse<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Sikkerhet og falske nyheter<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Samfunnskritiske og politiske perspektiver<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Innledning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Som&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/site.nord.no\/didaktiskebetraktninger\/2026\/02\/26\/hvor-star-jeg-faglig-i-ki-debatten-og-hvem-star-jeg-sammen-med-internasjonalt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">informasjonsviter i den samfunnsinformatiske tradisjon<\/a>&nbsp;etter Rob Kling og Tom Jewett, ser jeg teknologi ikke som n\u00f8ytral, men som sosialt formet og politisk ladet. \u00abKI\u00bb er ikke bare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aftenposten.no\/meninger\/kronikk\/i\/WRKXXg\/ki-debatten-maa-ned-paa-bakken\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.aftenposten.no\/meninger\/kronikk\/i\/WRKXXg\/ki-debatten-maa-ned-paa-bakken\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">et sekkebegrep<\/a> som omfatter en rekke ulike digitale system, men ogs\u00e5 en kulturell kraft som gir ly til kommersielle akt\u00f8rers p\u00e5virkning av hvordan vi l\u00e6rer, vurderer og forst\u00e5r verden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men digital teknologi, i likhet med all annen teknologi, er ikke i seg selv verken god eller d\u00e5rlig. Det meste av de system som i flere ti\u00e5r er utviklet og tatt i bruk som f\u00f8lge av forskningen p\u00e5 kunstig intelligens, og som vi n\u00e5 ser p\u00e5 som ordin\u00e6r teknologi, har stor nytteverdi. N\u00e5r det oppst\u00e5r negative konsekvenser skyldes dette ikke det enkelte program eller system, men v\u00e5r bruk av den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og v\u00e5r bruk av digital teknologi er blant annet formet b\u00e5de av media, kommersielle akt\u00f8rers p\u00e5stander, hva v\u00e5re venner, familie og bekjente mener og forskning. Ideelt sett b\u00f8r all bruk av teknologi iverksatt av det offentlige og som dermed ber\u00f8rer samtlige borgere enten de vil eller ikke, v\u00e6re basert p\u00e5 forskning. Og ideelt sett; v\u00e6re basert p\u00e5 digital egenkompetanse som igjen er fundert p\u00e5 en god allmennutdanning der alle kan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minerva.no\/innholdslister-pensum-skole\/nesten-1-av-3-norske-ungdommer-er-funksjonelle-analfabeter\/500451\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.minerva.no\/innholdslister-pensum-skole\/nesten-1-av-3-norske-ungdommer-er-funksjonelle-analfabeter\/500451\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">b\u00e5de lese og skrive<\/a>, og der alle kjenner forskjellen p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inf.fu-berlin.de\/lehre\/pmo\/eng\/Sagan-Baloney.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.inf.fu-berlin.de\/lehre\/pmo\/eng\/Sagan-Baloney.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">evidensbasert fakta<\/a> og mediefantasier, og ikke minst &#8211; der alle har kunnskap om hva som foreg\u00e5r &laquo;under panseret&raquo; p\u00e5 en app, et system eller en datamaskin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skal demokratiet fungere i en digital tid, kan ikke teknologien v\u00e6re en &laquo;svart boks&raquo; som vi bare passivt mottar og bruker (konsumenter); den m\u00e5 v\u00e6re gjenstand for kritisk debatt og kunnskapsbaserte valg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En stor utfordring er at den digitale teknologien ofte utvikler seg raskere enn forskningen klarer \u00e5 evaluere den. Og er det realistisk at <em>alle<\/em> skal forst\u00e5 hva som skjer &laquo;under panseret&raquo;? Her m\u00e5 kanskje samfunnet balansere mellom individuelt ansvar og systemkrav (f.eks. gjennom streng regulering som GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det store sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let (slik jeg ser det) er om <a href=\"https:\/\/site.nord.no\/didaktiskebetraktninger\/2026\/02\/05\/myten-om-de-digitale-innfodte\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/site.nord.no\/didaktiskebetraktninger\/2026\/02\/05\/myten-om-de-digitale-innfodte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">befolkningen som helhet<\/a> fortsatt kan v\u00e6re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altinget.no\/artikkel\/teknologisk-analfabetisme-er-en-alvorlig-samfunnsrisiko\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.altinget.no\/artikkel\/teknologisk-analfabetisme-er-en-alvorlig-samfunnsrisiko\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">digitale analfabeter<\/a> n\u00e5r v\u00e5re politikere har som uttalt m\u00e5l at Norge skal v\u00e6re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.regjeringen.no\/no\/dokumenter\/fremtidens-digitale-norge\/id3054645\/?ch=2\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.regjeringen.no\/no\/dokumenter\/fremtidens-digitale-norge\/id3054645\/?ch=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">verdens mest digitalisert land<\/a> i 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hva tror du?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den leselisten som f\u00f8lger n\u00e5 best\u00e5r b\u00e5de av popul\u00e6rvitenskapelige og vitenskapelige innlegg, b\u00e5de av teknologer, journalister og forskere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I akademia er vi opptatt av vitenskapelige artikler. Disse er fagfellevurderte og er gjerne det dere studenter f\u00e5r beskjed om \u00e5 bruke. Men innen samfunnsinformatikken, der vi b\u00e5de er interessert i det vitenskapelige og i det menneskelige, er meningsinnlegg og nyhetsartikler like interessante som de rene forskningsartiklene. Mens de vitenskapelige artiklene representerer forskningen, er kronikker, leserinnlegg og nyheter eksempler p\u00e5 det vi kan kalle &laquo;de levende historiene&raquo; og disse er like viktige som fagfellevurderte artikler n\u00e5r vi skal forst\u00e5 teknologien og dens bruk i den virkelige verden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekkebegrepet &laquo;KI&raquo; &#8211; og for den del alt som har med digital teknologi \u00e5 gj\u00f8re &#8211; er som en stor mosaikk der flere enn ett sett med biter er viktig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men denne leselisten har en stor mangel; her er nesten ingen teknologioptimister. Og disse er like viktig som de mer skeptiske!
