Ongoing projects:<\/strong><\/p>\n Photosynthetic Eukaryotes: From Fundamentals to Applications in Biology, Bioproduction and Biotechnology\u00a0(Photosyntec)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Forskningsr\u00e5det, Nasjonale forskerskoler<\/em><\/p>\n Barriers to Innovation for Start-ups in Public Procurement\u00a0(BIKS)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The project investigates what barriers start-ups and young firms faces when attempting to sell digital and physical products and services to the public sector, in particular municipalities in Norway. Project partner is Malimo AS<\/p>\n Marketing of InnoCamp as student-hub\u00a0(FIVER mkt)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The project aims to explore how to develop an attractive student destination for a new masters program. Project partners are Steinkjer Utvikling and T:lab<\/p>\n The project aims at fostering a research community in the field of circular economy both at Nord University as well as wider, with special emphasis on young researchers. Under the auspices of the project, special sessions and workshops take place annually.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n Past projects: <\/strong><\/p>\n The general objective of the project was to provide insights into innovative approaches underpinning circular public procurement best practices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Twin Transition in Regional SMEs <\/span>(TWIN)<\/strong> – The project mapped the readiness of regional SMEs in the face of digital transformation and sustainability (i.e. circular economy).<\/span><\/p>\n Digital Transformation in My Business <\/span>(DiVi)<\/strong> – The project developed a teaching program for digitalization in businesses with a particular emphasis on SMEs.<\/span><\/p>\n Value in Research <\/span>(VinR)<\/strong> – The project aimed at exploring how rich data access could help us better understand the impact of innovation policy instruments.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n Collaborative projects:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Rural bioeconomy to boost innovation and competitiveness of entrepreneurs project (RuBIO project)<\/strong> – RuBIO initiative aims to support and propose action focused on innovation and economic development in rural areas of the Danube Region. It will explore the potential for adopting bio-based solutions (such as within the sectors of biotechnology and biomanufacturing) among entrepreneurs (startups, SMEs and bigger companies) in the Danube Region and broader, and is a starting point for development of future projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n Alliance European University of the Sea (SEA-EU)<\/strong> – The SEA-EU alliance aims to strengthen the field of coastal research and education and promote other key areas of collaboration such as internationalisation, sustainability, digital transformation, transparency and democracy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Digin2Circle are aiming to develop and run research projects in the context of digital transformation and circular economy.
