Availability is limited and subject to change.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Program Changes:<\/strong>\u00a0The deadline has passed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exhibitor Participation:<\/strong>&nbsp;The deadline to apply for a booth was <strong>April 14th, 2024<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registration cancellations\/refunds:<\/strong>&nbsp;The deadline to cancel your registration and receive a full refund was <strong>April 27th, 2024<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Registration and Membership Deadlines to Appear on the Program<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have been accepted to the Program in a panel, roundtable, film screening, or session, you must register AND be a member of NAISA. All those listed in the 2024 Program MUST be members of NAISA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To become a member or renew your membership, please click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.upress.umn.edu\/journal-division\/jazshop_naisa-membership-form\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.&nbsp;Membership includes a subscription to the journal&nbsp;<em>NAIS<\/em>. Sign-up or renew your NAISA membership before the conference. Membership is handled by the journal publisher University of Minnesota Press.
