Thank you for your understanding.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Action Summer Club<\/strong> (aged 7 to 13)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have teamed up with <strong>Bod\u00f8 Actionhall <\/strong>(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodoaction.no\">www.bodoaction.no<\/a>) to offer <strong>a maximum of 20 children<\/strong> an <strong>\u201cAction Summer Club\u201d program. <\/strong>The children will enjoy a day filled with indoor and outdoor games, including team games, virtual reality games, laser maze and laser tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When: <\/strong>The Conference Assistants will meet you and your child\/children at the reception table in the Radisson Hotel at <strong>08:45<\/strong>. We will bring your child\/children back at <strong>15:30<\/strong> at the same location. We will send you further information about the drop off\/pick up protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where:<\/strong> Bod\u00f8 Actionhall is located within walking distance of the conference venue. The Conference Assistants will walk your child\/children there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements: <\/strong>You will need to provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A peanut-free lunch and peanut-free snacks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A water bottle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suitable outdoor and indoor clothing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Health and travel insurance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Costs: <\/strong>500 NOK per child per day (about 46 USD)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>To register,<\/u><\/strong> please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email Local Host Committee member Morgane Colleau (<a href=\"mailto:morgane.h.colleau@nord.no\">morgane.h.colleau@nord.no<\/a>) by <strong>no later than Monday 13<sup>th<\/sup> May<\/strong>. Please note that we can only offer this programme to a maximum of 20 children each day; we will keep a waiting list. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indicate the full name(s) and age(s) of the child\/children that you would like to register for the Action Summer Club program with Bod\u00f8 Actionhall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarify the day(s) that you would like to sign them up for (i.e. Thursday 6<sup>th<\/sup>, Friday 7<sup>th<\/sup> and\/or Saturday 8<sup>th<\/sup>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Local Host Committee Member Morgane Colleau will ask you to <strong>complete a contact sheet, a health form and other key information<\/strong>. Please note that unless these documents are returned to Morgane prior to the conference, we will not be able to offer you the child(ren)\u2019s programming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Studentongan Barnehage<\/strong> (aged 4 to 6)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have partnered with \u2018Studentongan Barnehage\u2019 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/studentongan\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/studentongan<\/a>) to offer <strong>a maximum of 10 children<\/strong> a nice programme in one of our local kindergarten. Your child\/children will get to mingle with the children registered there!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When: <\/strong>The Conference Assistants will meet you and your child\/children at the reception table in the Radisson Hotel at <strong>08:15<\/strong>. We will bring your child\/children back at <strong>16:00<\/strong> at the same location. We will send you further information about the drop off\/pick up protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where:<\/strong> \u2018Studentongan Barnehage\u2019 is located near Nord University\u2019s Bod\u00f8 campus. It is a 15-minute car ride away, which the Local Host Committee will organise. We will travel with your child\/children to the kindergarten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements: <\/strong>You will need to provide: <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suitable outdoor waterproof clothing and footwear, hat, gloves and scarf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An extra set of comfortable indoor clothing, such as a jumper, trousers, underwear and socks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A rucksack that your child\/children can carry themselves to use on short trips.
