Dive into the transformative power of storytelling at NEW 2025, an international conference dedicated to exploring how narratives can inspire and connect across disciplines. From media and gaming to health and education, this year’s theme celebrates storytelling as a bridge between creativity and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Academic Content – Short summary<\/strong>
Using storytelling combined with technology will be the base and the main topic of the conference and act as a main domain for promoting \/ teaching \/ creating learning experiences with the use of visual arts, audio and entertainment technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Students and staff at Nord University
– Students from other universities
– Upper secondary school and folk high school students
– Professionals and academics in fields such as healthcare, health sciences, education, and media technology

Background<\/strong>
The Nord Entertainment Conference was first held in February 2024, initially aimed at students in the international creative media studies program at the Faculty of Social Sciences. The conference was a great success, thanks in large part to the dedication of the student volunteers who helped organize and run the event. It also attracted attention from other faculties and sectors. As a result, the 2025 conference will be expanded to include all faculties at Campus Levanger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
