The 101-day long experiment was terminated on 20<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;September. We collected, among other samples, feces from all the study groups to assess the digestibility of the feeds.&nbsp; Fillets were transported in Styrofoam boxes from our research station to the climate cabinet on the main campus. After a subsequent rigor mortis (6 days), we evaluated the quality of the Norwegian quality cut; skin and fillet color, and texture profile were analysed. After the texture analysis, the samples were vacuum-packed for chemical and fatty acid analysis.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the video to see some of our activities on the sampling
