Initiated the NEW conference concept and played a central role in both the pilot (NEC 2024) and current edition. Led the planning process, coordinated the committee\u2019s work, secured faculty funding, and oversaw all aspects of the event\u2014from program development and speaker outreach to logistics, student coordination, and promotional materials.
