L\u00e6ringsfestivalen 2019 som ble holdt ved NTNU i Trondheim, er en konferanse som skal inspirere, motiver og v\u00e6re et utstillingsvindu for hva som r\u00f8rer seg i universitets- og h\u00f8gskolesektoren.
