The aim of the research project is to examine:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>How do sport and leisure organizations approach sustainability issues and work towards sustainable development?&nbsp;<\/li><li>How do leaders and managers in sport and leisure organizations experience potentials and terms for sustainable development work?&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A range of Norwegian sport and leisure organizations are examined. This includes empirical studies of:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Norwegian Tourist Association (DNT)\u00a0<\/li><li>EcoTrail Oslo\u00a0<\/li><li>The Norwegian Climbing Association (NKF)\u00a0<\/li><li>The BUA Foundation\u00a0<\/li><li>The Norwegian Football Association (NFF)\u00a0<\/li><li>Bod\u00f8\/Glimt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Data collection was done in the fall of 2021 and the winter of 2022.
