Our Vehicle fleet

At NORD University Stjørdal there is a wide choice of vehicles that can be implemented in research activities as well as in teaching applications. All our vehicles (except for the 2-wheelers) are equipped with a second additional pedal-set. This is a fundamental feature in order to guarantee safety and risk-response readiness mostly in case of naturalistic driving or specific research setups that might generate mild unsafe driving conditions (like distraction studies or driver attention monitoring).

Peugeot E-5008 – Electric SUV

NORD University is equipped with 10 Peugeot E-5008. This vehicle is a fully electric, seven-seat SUV designed to combine spaciousness, advanced technology, and sustainable mobility. With a sleek design and a range of up to 668 km (WLTP), it is ideal for both urban and long-distance travel. The version featured here includes Safety Package 2 and Winter Package 1, enhancing its capabilities in terms of driver assistance, comfort, and all-weather performance.

Equipped with a 230 hp electric motor and a 96.9 kWh battery, the E-5008 delivers smooth and silent driving with zero emissions.
