{"id":12,"date":"2024-02-28T09:34:32","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T08:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.nord.no\/turbo\/?page_id=12"},"modified":"2025-12-28T11:43:46","modified_gmt":"2025-12-28T10:43:46","slug":"governance","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/site.nord.no\/turbo\/governance\/","title":{"rendered":"Governance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\">TURBO\u2019s governance ensures transparent, efficient coordination and high-quality project delivery. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The governing stucture includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steering Committee<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 the main decision-making body<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advisory Board <\/strong>\u2013 provides expert advice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Package Leaders Group<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 manages day-to-day implementation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Steering Committee <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The SC includes one representative from each partner institution and is chaired by the Project Lead. Its role is to provide strategic guidance, support project relevance, and strengthen links to the labour market and policy environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meetings take place at least semi-annually.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/site.nord.no\/turbo\/governance\/ab-members\/\">Get to know the members of the Advisory Board here.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Conflict Prevention &amp; Ethics<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Project Lead has a defined mandate to prevent and resolve conflicts through transparent procedures based on constructive communication, mediation, and confidentiality.
