For millions of Ukrainians, that meant clothes, documents, maybe a mobile phone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But they also brought something less visible: their experiences, skills, and the will to start again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research project&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/site.nord.no\/turbo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TURBO<\/a>&nbsp;focuses on exactly that. It is led by Nord University in Bod\u00f8, Norway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through short, flexible courses known as micro-credentials, the project helps internally displaced people in Ukraine rebuild their professional lives.
