Levanger ligger ca. 50 minutter nord for Trondheim lufthavn Værnes. Det går tog nord- og sørover hver time på hverdager. Du kan sjekke rutetabellen og kjøpe billett på Entur. På grunn av et jordskred er det trafikale utfordringer både for bilvei (E6) og tog. Toget mellom Bodø og Trondheim er ute av drift, mens lokaltoget kjører mellom Trondheim-Værnes-Åsen. Fra Åsen er det buss for tog til Levanger og campus (Røstad). Disse løsningene fungerer fint, men kan ta noe lengre tid enn normalt. Ved ankomst via bil blir man henvist til omkjøringsvei. Følg skiltingen langs E6. Hvis du skal bo på Thon Hotel Backlund, som ligger midt i Levanger sentrum, går du av på Levanger stasjon. Bor du på Thon Hotel Backlund, er det 15-20 minutter å gå til campus. Kommer du med tog og skal rett til campus, kan du gå av på Røstad stasjon, som er et togstopp som ligger rett ved campus. Levanger is located approx. 50 minutes north of Trondheim Airport Værnes. There are trains north and south every hour on weekdays. You can check the timetable and buy tickets on Entur. Due to a landslide, there are traffic-related challenges affecting both the E6 highway and the railway. The train service between Bodø and Trondheim is currently out of operation, while the local train is running between Trondheim–Værnes–Åsen. From Åsen, a replacement bus service is available to Levanger and the campus at Røstad. These alternative arrangements are working well but may take slightly longer than usual. If you arrive by car, you will be directed to take a different route. Please follow the signs along the E6. If you are going to stay at Thon Hotel Backlund, which is located in the center of Levanger, you get off at Levanger station. If you are staying at Thon Hotel Backlund, it is 15-20 minutes to walk to the campus. If you come by train and are going straight to the campus, you can get off at Røstad station, which is a train stop located right next to the campus. From there it is only a few minutes’ walk. Hoteller – Hotels
Thon Hotel Backlund is the closest hotel to campus. If there are no rooms left at Backlund, we recommend you to reserve a room in Verdal, just a short train ride away from Røstad station. The hotels Verdal Hotel and Thon Hotel Verdal are both within walking distance from the train station in Verdal. The conference has reservered a certain amount of rooms with a discount code. It is also possible to stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Trondheim Airport, but then it is of course a longer trainride for you to get to Campus Røstad.
Thon Hotel Backlund er det nærmeste hotellet til campus. Er det fullt på Backlund, anbefaler vi å reservere rom i Verdal, kun en liten togtur unna Røstad stasjon.
