Governance

TURBO’s governance ensures transparent, efficient coordination and high-quality project delivery.

The governing stucture includes:

The SC includes one representative from each partner institution and is chaired by the Project Lead. It makes all strategic decisions and monitors progress.

Advisory Board

The AB consists of external experts nominated by the partners and approved by the SC. Its role is to provide strategic guidance, support project relevance, and strengthen links to the labour market and policy environment.

Meetings take place at least semi-annually.

Conflict Prevention & Ethics

The Project Lead has a defined mandate to prevent and resolve conflicts through transparent procedures based on constructive communication, mediation, and confidentiality. A “report a concern” channel is available via the coordinator.
