Initiated the NEW conference concept and played a central role in both the pilot (NEC 2024) and current edition. Led the planning process, coordinated the committee’s work, secured faculty funding, and oversaw all aspects of the event—from program development and speaker outreach to logistics, student coordination, and promotional materials. Also served as host for the opening and closing sessions.
External Relations & Operations Coordinator
Hans Jørgen Støp (FLU)
A key contributor to the event’s conceptual development and execution. Secured faculty funding, negotiated with external partners, and played a hands-on role during the Creative Weekend. Also contributed as a jury member at the Creative Weekend and a speaker at the conference.
Digital Strategy & Web Coordinator
Robin Isfold Munkvold (FSV)
A returning committee member from the pilot event, with primary responsibility for the website. Also contributed to strategic planning and provided ongoing support throughout the process.
Creative Weekend Coordinator
Victor Manuel Perez Colado (FSV)
A founding member of the Creative Weekend initiative and its primary organizer. Led all aspects of the event—from concept and promotion to coordination and creative support. Also contributed to the website and broader conference planning.
