In cooperation with NGOs and other partners, TURBO aims to strengthen the capacity of Ukrainian universities to address the emerging needs of society and support the country’s integration into the European Union.
Motto
Mobilis in mobile – “moving within the moving element” or “changing in the changes.” The motto reflects the project’s belief that universities act as agents of change, adapting to and shaping rapidly evolving environments.

Who will benefit?
The main target group is Ukrainian HEIs building their resilience and capacity.
Final beneficiaries are IDPs with graduate education searching for work, who will benefit from academic retraining in Ukrainian HEIs. This is expected to lead to better employment and integration into the local society, where IDPs had to resettle due to the war.
