In cooperation with NGOs and other partners, TURBO aims to strengthen the capacity of Ukrainian universities to address the emerging needs of society and support the country’s integration into the European Union.

Who will benefit?
The main target group is Ukrainian universities in building their resilience and capacity.
The final beneficiaries are IDPs with graduate education seeking professional retraining. This is expected to lead to improving their employability and integration into the local society, where IDPs had to resettle due to the war.
