Governance

TURBO’s governance ensures transparent, efficient coordination and high-quality project delivery. It includes:

Coordinator

Nord University serves as the project coordinator, responsible for:

preparing and leading SC and WPLG meetings

overall management

communication with the EU Executive Agency

financial distribution

reporting and documentation

Steering Committee (SC) – the main decision-making body

Advisory Board (AB) – provides expert advice

Work Package Leaders Group (WPLG) – manages day-to-day implementation

Steering Committee (SC)

The SC includes one representative from each partner institution and is chaired by the Project Lead. It makes all strategic decisions and monitors progress.

All partners agree to follow SC decisions.

SC meetings are organised at least 2 times per year.

Advisory Board (AB)

The AB consists of external experts nominated by the partners and approved by the SC. Its role is to provide strategic guidance, support project relevance, and strengthen links to the labour market and policy environment.

Meetings take place at least semi-annually.

Conflict Prevention & Ethics

The Project Lead has a defined mandate to prevent and resolve conflicts through transparent procedures based on constructive communication, mediation, and confidentiality. A “report a concern” channel is available via the coordinator.
