Microcredential Programs for IDPs Launched in Ukrainian universities
In January 2025, TURBO project has entered a new phase with the launch of microcredential educational programs at 7 Ukrainian partner universities aimed at supporting the retraining and social integration of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine.
Developed and piloted in seven regions, these programs focus on business and management skills tailored to local labor market needs.

Microcredential Programs for IDPs Launched in Ukrainian universities
During the summer of 2025, the fall semester of the TURBO project has officially begun!
The EU-funded TURBO micro-credential programme has started across seven regions of Ukraine, supporting internally displaced persons with retraining, adaptation, and pathways to employment and entrepreneurship.

As part of the TURBO project, in 2024 partner universities in Ukraine have received essential IT equipment to support the creation of high-quality digital content. This will strengthen the digital capacity of higher education institutions and enhance their ability to respond to societal challenges through innovative teaching and learning tools.
The equipment is used to develop educational materials, support hybrid learning environments, and foster resilience in academic delivery during crises. This marks an important step in building a more adaptive and future-ready higher education system in Ukraine.
