Mulimbwa N’sibula Théophile

Mulimbwa is a researcher at the Centre for Research in Hydrobiology (CRH) in Uvira in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The primary mission of the CRH, which is located at the shore of Lake Tanganyika, is to conduct scientific research on water and the biology and diversity of aquatic organisms. At the CRH, Mulimbwa works as an expert in fisheries biology, fisheries management, the ecology of freshwater zooplankton (especially copepods), and tropical limnology. Currently, Mulimbwa is completing his PhD thesis at the University of Kisangani on the population dynamics of the Lake Tanganyika sardines Stolothrissa tanganicae and Limnothrissa miodon, and their predator Lates stappersii.
