The project ARCTAQUA was officially initiated in St. Petersburg. The ARCTAQUA is funded by the Kolarctic ENI CBC 2014-2020 Programme, EU, Russia, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Norwegian partners in the project receive also financial support from the Nordland county.
