The final ARCTAQUA workshop was held at Thon Hotel in Bodø. Twenty-two participants attended the event, including individuals from our partner institutions, Nordland fylkeskommune and Nord University. One of the industry representatives (Amar Seafood, a wolffish farmer) who attended the workshop online gave an informative presentation. In addition to providing valuable information to attendees after each presentation, the event facilitated results sharing.

Following two days of presentations, the project group visited the Research Station of Nord University and a cod farming company (Arctic Seafood Group) in Mørkvedbukta. Toward the end of the tour, the group visited Saltstraumen, where they enjoyed fishing from the cliffs and admired the picturesque scenery while observing the world’s largest maelstrom.
