DYNAMAR: Dynamics of Sexual Selection in a Changing Ocean – Integrating Life History and Local Adaptation
This project, coordinated by NTNU, aims to study how climate (sea temperature) affects life history and sexual selection, and to test if life history variation represents local adaptation to temperature regimes. The project combines large-geographic scale field studies (S to N Norway), experiments and modeling. The model organism is the two-spotted goby Pomatoschistus flavescens. The project is funded by the Research Council of Norway (2019-2022).
