Without a doubt the love and fascination for small creatures and plants runs in the family. As far as I can remember nature has been my playground, so it was not a surprise to anyone when I first started studying biology bachelors in Bodø.

In 2021 I started studying for a masters in Forensic science in Uppsala, but realized shortly after, that maybe it wasn’t for me after all. I find myself enjoying the idea and reality  of looking at the evolution (and other aspects) of small and “simple” (yet fascinatedly complex) intertidal snails. I’m completing my ongoing master degree this spring semester by writing my thesis about mating of two periwinkle species Littorina arcana and Littorina saxatilis on field.
